The packages will be sent usually the same day of the delivery, if the order is placed 14:00. Otherwise, it is always mentioned in the product description page. See the information on our shipping page.

When will the parcel arrive?2021-11-03T22:22:55+02:00

Within the Netherlands, usually the next day after shipment. Shipments to most of the European countries are delivered within 2 to 3 days with PostNL. For other countries and an updated list of shipment times please see this link (Dutch), and this link for the English version.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Promotion codes are used in this store. They usually are issued with an expiration date, which will always be clearly announced through our different platforms. In case the code expires, it does not work anymore. However, please keep an eye on our social media, there is always something new coming up.

At the moment unfortunately not. We only sell online. However, we are trying to open one in Rotterdam, as soon as possible. Make sure to subscribe so that you know about it. You can, however, visit our studio and have a look at our products from up close. Please make an appointment via the contact page for this.
